The Last Hurrah!

So I know that NOONE will care about this post, but I'm doing it anyway! So there! :) Some of you know that Ryan and I took a trip to Disneyland during our Christmas vacation... and we went WITHOUT the babies! So I thought I would post some of the pictures from probably our little "last hurrah." I'm pretty sure we won't be able to go to Disneyland, or anywhere else like that anymore without the kids.

So sorry, no pictures of the kids. Boohoo... get over it. :)


In California Adventure! We rode California Screamin twice... way fun! and the Hollywood hotel once.. good times. :)

Now in Disneyland, waiting in line for Space Mountain. I hadn't been on Space Mountain since 4th grade! The last two times I had been to Disneyland it had been closed. So exciting.... it was like riding on it for the first time! :)

The LONG HOT line for Space Mountain. That was prob the worst line all day. Plus it was in the middle of the day, so the sun was directly on us.. and being the middle of the day... I got hungry.. and when I'm hungry, I'm not happy. haha...

So, we had riden like every ride when toward the end of the day, we decided to ride Splash Mountain. Okay, this should have been my first clue that we shouldn't have gone on this ride... See the people wearing parkas? Right, I know, I know...


Second Clue...,but come on, MAY? MAY get wet? yeah, right! Stupid Stupid.. I got SO wet.. and it was like 5:00 at night, and it was starting to get COLD!! I was so un happy.. my jeans were soaked, my tee shirt was soaked.. luckily Ryan convinced me to take my sweatshirt off before we went on.. so that was dry. haha :) Oh well, we just had to cuddle to stay warm the rest of the night.

So we were able to ride all the good rides, California Screamin (2x), Hollywood Hotel, Space Mountain (2x), Thunder Mountain (3x), Splash Mountain, Mannerhorn, Pirates of the Carribean, Haunted Mansion... we didn't ride Indian Jones... the line was always so long... But we ate at the Blue Bayou. That was fun... and we saw some people going into Club 33. :) For being an extremely busy Sunday during the Holiday season, we were still able to do lots! It was the most people I had ever seen at Disneyland, the lines were long, but fast passes are life savers.

Anyway, it was a great day! Thanks SOOOOO VERY MUCH Mary Jane and Jeff, for watching the babies for us so we could have a day together! :)

Beach Weekend!

Phew! What a weekend! We have spent SO much time at the beach. What a place to live! Thank you Jesus!

So we started our weekend on Friday playing with Dylan and Aubri, and their Mommy, Tomi! We went to Pismo! Mason and Aubri PLAYED in the sand. They were a mess when they got home, COVERED in sand. I had to immediately get them in the shower. I usually just give them baths, but I had to use the shower head because the sand was caked into their hair. I didn't know this, because I haven't had to use it before, but they are TERRIFIED of the shower head. They were screaming and trying to jump out of the shower. By the time we all got showered and dressed I was so exhausted. We ALL needed naps! :) Here are pictures from our fun day!

Saturday, Papa took us to Grover beach! We had lunch at the local restaurant and then walked down to the beach! Papa brought the Boogie Board! Mason and Aubri got to ride it! Here are pictures from the day!

Sunday, after church and a nap, we went to Grover Beach again! We walked down with our wagon! Boy it was fun!

Monday, we went to the beach yet again! But this time we went to take official 1 year old pictures. They turned out so cute. I'd give you a little preview, but the pictures are a huge files right now so I can't post them yet.

Anyway, we had a great weekend... Did you?

Sunny Days!

So, if you don't live here on the Central Coast, you should all be jealous! It has been absolutely beautiful, and sunny and warm! I have been thanking God everyday, thinking of those in the terrible cold snow! So because of this beautiful weather God has given us, we have been soaking it up as much as we can! Going to the beach and the park! I can't believe I live here!!

Yesterday, we went to Avila Park, again with Jacob, Allison and Brenna. You will notice in all of these pictures, the kids backs are turned. They are starting to enjoy running away from me :).
